Catch the Vision!

Reach...  the lost. 
At the very heart of our vision is a commitment to touch people’ s lives with the love of Jesus Christ and  the  message of the cross. We aim to build friendships and relationships with the  unchurched and to train God’s people in effective ways of evangelism that are individually suited to their personality and gifting. God loves people and He wants to reach them through a properly trained and mobilised Church.

Equip...  the church. 
The  church is not bricks and mortar but people. For the church to be effective in reaching the city there needs to be purposeful ongoing training and equipping of God’s people. This will be achieved through regular teaching of God’s word and also through seminars and training courses where people can develop their gifts and skills and receive impartation from the Holy Spirit. As believers are equipped they are released to do the work of the the ministry according to Ephesians 4:12.

 

 

Change... the city.  
Can God change an entire city? Yes he can! The only answer and hope  for the brokeness and pain of our society is repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ. Our vision is to raise up an effective and mobilised church that will minister to all sectors of our society thereby touching and changing our city with the message of God’s great love. We encourage you to consider how God might use your life and abilities to help touch our city of Inverness with the message of God’s love as you are trained and equipped for the call of God upon your life.
